Flex Back (ETS) Carbon Furniture Blades
Obtain the precision and contour control required in furniture manufacturing
using carbon ETS furniture blades. Ideal for use on large, high speed vertical
cutting machines.
Features & Benefits
Aggressive tooth design cuts faster with longer tooth life
Special ETS set pattern and aggressive hook tooth
Can be resharpened
Flexible back resist fatigue
Offers required precision and contour control required in furniture manufacturing
Applications: Composition board, cork,
non-ferrous, brass, bronze, aluminum, plastic, production wood cutting, general
purpose wood, furniture
Carbon Hardback (HB) Blades
Achieve straighter cuts in wood and metal cutting when using hard edge hardback
carbon steel blades. Use for short production and maintenance applications on
metals.
Features & Benefits
Stiffer than flexback due to hardened and tempered backer
Ideal for applications where straighter cuts or heavier feed pressure are required
Not recommended for blade speeds exceeding 4,000 SFM
Good on easy to machine metals and easy to cut materials
Applications: Carbon steels, composition
board, cork, graphite, low alloy steels, non-ferrous, brass, bronze, aluminum,
plastic, production wood cutting, general purpose wood, furniture
Flex Back (HEF) Carbon Blades
Ideal for wood production cutting, hard edge flexible back carbon steel blades
also work great in short production/maintenance applications using low alloy
steel & non-ferrous metals.
Features & Benefits
These blades are manufactured from a single piece of high carbon steel with individually hardened tooth tips
Flexible back makes them more fatigue resistant
Low cost per blade/low cost per cut in wood
Can be run at speeds up to 15,000 SFM (surface feet per minute)
Applications: Carbon steels, composition
board, cork, graphite, low alloy steels, non-ferrous, brass, bronze, aluminum,
plastic, production wood cutting, general purpose wood, furniture
QuikSilver Carbon Blades
Special alloy offers exceptional fatigue-resistance in our carbon QuikSilver
band saw blades. Ideal for wood applications. Flexback blades resist blade
fatigue. Hardback blades cut straighter and accept heavier feed pressure.
Features & Benefits
Flex back blades resist blade fatigue
Hard back blades offer straighter cuts
Individually hardened teeth
Can be resharpened
Low cost per blade/low cost per cut in wood
Applications: Stationary and Portable Woodmill & Re-saw Machines
Stationary Carbon Band Saw Blades
Designed for use on stationary band saws, these carbon hard edge flexible back
blades have teeth hardened to Rc 64-66. Reliable cutting action on wood and
metals with guaranteed welds.
Features & Benefits
Flexible back makes them more fatigue resistant
Low cost per blade/low cost per cut in wood
Applications: Small DIY & Hobby Band Saw Machines
Pallet Dismantling Band Saw Blades
Designed to endure rough service on dismantling machines while cutting through pallet nails and staples.
